1.      Additional mileage surcharge may apply for properties  outside of our normal service area.

2.      Payment arrangements are to be made at the time the              photography appointment is scheduled. If payment is not received within 3 days of photography appointment, the tour will be held until payment in full is received. Powerhouse Tours accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

3.      Customer may cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment by notifying Powerhouse Tours with no additional charge. If no notification is provided and tour builder arrives at scheduled appointment and is prevented from completing the job due to Realtor / Representative not being present or the property is not ready for the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.

4.      If inclement weather prevents the shoot, Powerhouse Tours will reschedule with no cancellation fees.

5.      Powerhouse Tours is not responsible for on-site staging of property. Realtor or on-site representative is responsible for any staging that may be necessary. Property will be photographed ‘as-is’ upon arrival.

6.      Tour text edits will be completed upon request at no additional charge. Tour modifications requiring additional photography will be subject to a minimum fee of $50.00. Seasonal changes of exterior will be $10.00 per trip.

7.      Tours and photographs are copyright protected and are the property of Powerhouse Tours. Release is given to the purchaser to use in marketing material. Tours and photographs cannot be given or sold to a third party without prior written consent from Powerhouse Tours.

8.      All tours are active for 12 months from initial activation. Tours are then renewable for an additional 12 months for the cost of $50.
